"Size Swap Saved the Day"
I got the wrong size and thought it was going to turn into a whole ordeal, but they exchanged it super quickly. it was way less stressful than I expected.

"Just got these, and they’re fine but not amazing"
I just picked these up recently, and my first impression is that they’re okay, but I’m not blown away. The leather feels decent, especially for the price, but the stitching kind of stood out to me right away and looks a little cheap up close. Maybe they’ll grow on me after wearing them more, but right now I’d say they’re just average.

I’m used to my size being sold out literally everywhere, so I was ready to be annoyed again. But then I checked Lori's Shoes and—okay, hold on, they actually had it in stock. Not only that, there were a few color options too, which I definitely wasn’t expecting. Ordering was easy, and I didn’t have to keep stalking the site hoping my size would pop up. happy with the whole thing and I’d shop here again.

"Friendly staff, but no one really took ownership"
I went in looking for a pair of sandals, and the staff was nice enough, they greeted me and seemed friendly. But after that, it was kind of unclear who was actually helping me. I had to ask twice about sizes, and nobody really stepped in to offer advice or follow through. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just felt a bit average and like no one really owned the interaction

I was happy shopping at Lori’s Shoes because I found a really cute pair for less than I thought I’d have to spend and when they showed up they still felt like nice quality, not cheap or flimsy or anything. Overall it felt like a good deal and I’d definitely look there again next time I need shoes.

I ordered from lorisshoes.com and, to their credit, the package arrived in really good shape. The box wasn’t crushed, torn, or looking like it had been through a wrestling match, which is more than I can say for some other stores. The shoes were wrapped nicely inside too, so nothing was scuffed or messed up. It should be a basic thing, but apparently it isn’t always, so I did appreciate it. Everything looked clean and neat when I opened it. 5 stars.

Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took about two days and I had to follow up first. That part was weird, but at least they replied in the end.

I ordered a pair of boots that showed as in stock, but you never really know if it’s going to get canceled later. This time it didn’t. The size was available just like the site said, and they shipped quickly too. It’s always nice when you can trust the inventory is actually up to date.

I ordered a pair from lorisshoes.com, they were just as described. The color looked right, the sizing info was accurate, and the heel height was what I expected too.
I always get a little nervous that shoes will look different once they show up, but these really matched the photos. They looked like the photos, fit like I thought they would, and there were no surprises, which I really appreciate.

I thought the rewards points would be one of those things that barely matters, but plot twist: they actually add up. I came back for another pair and ended up getting a nice discount, which felt like a tiny victory. Definitely one of the reasons I keep shopping here.
